they make classic music. I have their first album, which is really good and is definitely a landmark for alternative music. I haven't heard Demon Days yet, just the song Feel Good Inc with Dave from De La, someone hit me up on how good it is. peace

i wonder if u guy's dig blur then?

08-06-2005, 07:41 PM
Yeah, I read an interview with the Blur guy about this Gorrilaz 'ish (the guy from "boys & girls"lol). Anyways, he admitted the first Gorillaz album was wack, he just didnt want to tour with his band anymore, and he was kinda into hiphop.

Anyways, he made friends with Danger Mouse and so he got his 'ish together and made this album which hes proud of. Demon Days, and he was really mad about Live Aid kinda forgot about it lol. Its in dutch so I cant post it.

I love their new album, but I was a fan of the first one too. I kinda miss Dan the Automator's influence on the second album but Danger Mouse does a hell of a job filling his shoes. Both albums have their own unique sound, and are woth checking out, but the first album is more all over the place(genre wise) than Demon Dayz.
