big ups to das efx

there was another thread recently about das efx

i'll say it again, i think straight up sewaside is their best album, not like it's not possible to make an argument for any of the other ones, all dope albums. but personally for me, for my taste, for my blunt session, it's straight up sewaside, but mad props, overall, lot of years enjoying them

Mu favorite hip-hop duo ever!

How we do album is extremely wack.

They did make great songs though, not really a fan.

How We Do album isn't that bad. Diggy Das song on there is my favorite. The dudes who sing on the hook sing Billy Joel's The Longest Time song lyrics and i love that Billy Joel song. I think Hold It Down is Das EFX's best album. Straight Up Sewaside, Dead Serious, Generation EFX albums i also like. Have ya'll heard their B side song Hard Like A Criminal? That song is on their Straight From The Sewer album single. That's a hard song.

das efx is the shit. so wish the Hit Squad came out with an album then cause that would have been some of the best hiphop we would have ever heard........

right here homie! They still dem dudes!

DEAD SERIOUS was one of the first rap cd's i ever bought. I was around 9 years old going "Diggity iggity bum drum, I gave a cru cut to Sinead O' Connor."

Anyone know how they came up with that rapping style? Or why they did it? In modern times they would have NEVER made it to the mainstream with them rhymes.
