Personally, I think the voice-sample is a bit annoying.
drums banging, nice break in there

this beat is tight, the drums hit nice, the snare is the only thing that might need some tweek'n but its still not bad, i would just play with it some more. as for the other guy saying that the voice sample got annoying, i think that this track would be hot as hell with MC's over it, its funny how MC's could make a vocal sample like that so much hotter.
