he's getting a little personal with these lines. callin out papoose?

'Spit track after track after Beasts From the East. I'm Back
Before Lil Weezy knew how to rap
When T.I. was still hustlin crack, I put the muscle in rap
100 bars, who fuckin with that?
1000 bars later I ain't heard NUTHIN from Pap
Where was you at when I was givin Big Punisher dap?
On stage with him at the Palladium
You was in a gymnasium, I was puttin chainsaws to craniums'

Reminds me when he said that shit about Game...

"Started With A 100...The Game Spit 3...I Said "Fuck It!"
I'ma Have To Show These Niggaz Something"

I'm beginning to wonder seriosly...Is he human ?

Canibus in funny.

I've always said there's a difference between intelligent people and people who say they're intelligent.

I say the same about emcees.. The ones who drop the most knowledge do, and then there are the ones like Canibus who just say they do. I've tried to get into Canibus on numorous albums, but he tries so hard to 'Drop Knowledge', that he forces it and ends up with just a bunch of useless jargon half of the time. And I honestly think that's why he's got a limited fanbase of kids who want to be geeks and just aren't.

I'm no Canibus expert...
But I wouldn't say he drops knowlegde...
Not like RZA lets say.
He is just smart...he knows what he is talking about...
I commend him for this as he can rap about anything...
Not just bluntz, martiniz, girlz and guns ect...
I'm sure he is a very very intelligent individual...
That he excelled academically.
And I belive he is also a poet ?

Why do people think RZA drops knowledge..? I'm sorry keepin' in regards to what I've said about Canibus, he's light years ahead of RZA... That isn't sayin' much.. I can't recall much of RZA's work that I thought was very intelligent, and I've heard 90% of it. But this is my opinion, and I'm on a wu-forum, so there are bound to be more people who disagree with what I've just said.

CANIBUS IS THE SMARTEST RAPPER WHO CAN PUT TOGTHER COLLEGIC GRAMMER AND MAKE IT WORK AND HE IS SO FAR AHEAD OF RZA KNOWLEDGE-WISE THAT TAKE THE SONG "MASTER THESIS" FROM MIC CLUB:THE CIRRCULM LP AND I DON'T HEAR RZA TALKING ABOUT OTHER CULTURES BESIDES THE ASIAN CULTURE HAS AFFECTED HIM. BIS SPITS SO MUC KNOWLEDGE REFRENCES PEOPLE LIKE STEVEN HAWKIN I MEAN HE ONE OF THE FEW CATS THAT MAKE ME GOT WIKI CATS TO SEE WHO HE'S REFRENCING. BIS IS ON THE LEVEL OF SHIT COAST II COAST AM (RADIO ALIEN,CHANNEL ZERO, GOVERNMENT COVER UP THEORY SHOW)

MASTER THESIS:
[Canibus]
This is the master thesis underneath the deepness //
Come to Mic Club dot net where you can read this //
Run a plot on the map in hyperspatia //
From the Society for Scientific Exploration //
Color is vibration, vibration is sound //
Sound resonates through the mouth, check it out //
What I say vibrates no less than nine ways //
South, South-East, West, South-West, East, North, North-East, North-West //
And the black and white images fade into gray sound waves //
Trap my adversaries like a mouse in a maze //
With a bewildering array of lyrical display //
The best of ĎBis, orbitally rearranged //
Monoatomic elements with an adept intelligence //
The highest professorship, my English etiquette //
Compels me to not say it if I canít spell it, bitch //
My circularized third eye sees all //
Atlantis was surrounded by four sea walls //
I read one fourth of the Library of Alexandria //
Before it was burned to the floor //
I wish I could have learned more //
About the shapes of the sacred geometry they used to draw //
They were new millennium, but Euclidean in form //
Ancient in many ways but not nearly as old //
Carved in Egyptian gold, molded in Assyria //
With processed beryllium by the quintillion //
They cooked on symmetrical stoves //
With my logo etched above the hole where they inserted the coal //
And they barbecued birds to the bone //
And they burned incense in a Buckminster-Fuller type dome //
I talked to Mister Fuller over the phone //
And he said he had a contract to rebuild Rome //
He said he didnít want to do it alone //
I told him I was busy writing poems but Iíd think about going //
The process was slow and the doe was low //
But I took it as the perfect opportunity to grow //
Plus I had never traveled that far from home //
But I had heard about the beauty of Cydonian snow //
Neon green grass, statues made of translucent glass //
Iíd be crazy to pass, I like Altarian Jazz //
The Blue Twilight Band that plays tunes from a laser black sax //
It sounds so laid back, it helps me relax, I bought the album after seeing K-PAX //
Oh, how I miss my nautilus //
I was told pharyngoamygdalitis did not exist //
You have a minor case of scaphocephalous //
Iíll prescribe some neo-gothic antibiotics //
Words concocted from the lyrical locksmith //
Deadly as ten droplets of Ricin Toxin //
From every angle the competition gets boxed in //
As Dr. ĎCí indoctrinates his doctrine //
Translated the English alphabet to the omega text //
Life is now but death is next //
Post bond out on bail in the belly of Hell //
Communicate through diatonic and pentatonic scale //
These dark side tales might effect sales //
I set sail and hunt down erect sperm whales //
Used an aphrodisiac to get a female, called Ginger, tie her up and drink her gingerale //
Grand Marmier for me, Scotch on the rocks for you //
Your vocab. is smaller than a cockatooís //
In the studio with James Lipton and reminiscing //
About the script that was written before the beginning //
All of a sudden the boos turn to applause //
My jaw is stronger than a Kenenday Macawís //
Canít even count the bars Iíve extended so far //
Donít want to rap no more, itís been so long //
I wish the clock would hurry up and tick //
Iím out in the bush and the sticks humping a hundred klicks //
Dr. Scholls gave me a good fit //
Me and him went to school together back in í86 //
When I was really ill //
Putting Planck energy in a rhyme the size of a Tylenol pill //
You want to laugh now? And cast your belligerent doubt //
Iíll show you what poetry is really about //
The side effects will make you pass out //
Followed by skin rash, itching, diarrhea, nausea, and dry mouth //
You want a time out? You better spit a rhyme out //
Before the community of real emcees die out //
College students say to me, ďYou ainít smart!Ē //
Record label A&Rís say, ďThis ainít art!Ē //
These are the contents of the covenant of the Ark //
Listen to my chest beat, tell me this ainít heart //
Youíve got to be as obsequious as the disciples of Jesus //
This is my Master Thesis. //

EVEN SONGS LIKE "Poet Laureate II", OR OTHER SONGS LIKE "Channel Zero",ETC. ANYWAYS YOU GET THE POINT TO DUDE IS LYRICALLY BETTER AND SMARTER THAN THE AVERAGE RAPPER TALKING ABOUT GUNS & BUTTER

i don't know if anyone actually pays attention to this dude anymore

I just listened to Rip The Jacker in its entireity for the first time last week, and realized that Canibus is Incredible.

I credit Genabis and Poet Laureate II (+One Mic) with getting me interested in Hip-Hop in the first place a couple years back, but I never completed the album until recently.

Now I'm working on building up a collection of his good-classic material, avoiding the rest. :)

Canibus gets a big

Canibus is my favorite mc but it's really a shame that his beats are horrible. He could've blown up and became successful if most of his beats were hard. LOL@the people who said he lost to LL Cool J when they were dissing each other hahahahahahahahahahaha. LL isn't even on Canibus's level lyrically. My favorite song by Canibus is Get Retarded. I like when he said on the song, touch my microphone on accident and get murdered on purpose muthafucka. I also like the way he slowed down Marvin Gaye's After The Dance song on Get Retarded when he samples Marvin's voice saying i want you. I remember when i first heard him on Lost Boys Beasts From The East song. His lyrics blew me away on that song and i've been a fan of his ever since.

"I'm the Beast from the East pickin' meat out my teeth

^ yeah i can understand why people don't like them, but personally I don't mind them.
The main problem is that people used to take pride in the fact Bis used to spit 50 bars straight on the regular. I'm just happy he's still releasin some amazin shit. you just gotta try and ignore the punch ins.

This song is up there with Poet Laureate II
Cingularity Point

C of Tranquillity

[Chorus: Canibus]
The C of Tranquility, what will they really be
What does the future hold, what do you really see
I see a revolution in the industry
That will ignite the rebirth of MCs lyrically
The C of Tranquility, what will they really be
What does the future hold, what can you really see
I see the partition of God's religion
Become united by our bars and our common visions
The C of Tranquillty, what will they really be?
What does the future hold? Yo fuck the hook

[Canibus]
These rhymes resemble knots being tied to timelines
Becomes a nonlinear noose that will snap your mind
First: sever your spine, Second: normal M configurations
Are dismembered and disconnected, very unpleasant
My third effort, employs absurd ethics
Kangaroo execution quarters in session after dawn but before breakfast
Expert effective mass burial method so well measured
It's impressive and intensive not to mention expensive
Extensive templates taken from all global nano industrial sectors
No wonder I'm so aggressive at Tetris
Pardon me but I must beckon your attention for no more than several seconds
With the minor hypocritical questions
Lets say I had to make an exception
Where I complied to exhume a body for postmortem autopsy inspection
I request the best yes-men
That promptly recovered the radio frequency identification pin
Then trigger the transponder located under the skin
Of the deceased until it showed me a grin
If that went over your head (huh) then it will be more than please to show you again
But I must rescind I have pressing matters to attend
It's my wifes birthday and I can't be late for delivery
On her customized marble grey bidet, good day
What the fuck did he just say? See why can't I bust my way?
Since 98 you can trust my name
I've adapted and adjusted my aim accordingly
The leap years are boring to me, I speed up quarterly
The Golden Era of rap will always be apart of me
The future talks to me because the present is ignoring me
My destiny is calling me, the armoury of God is guarding me
But all you can see is holographic artistry
This is were the road forks, my rhymes leave you lost under a Blue Moon
Ice crystals, fog and snow fall
Been a long time, spittin long rhymes but I never left you
Always came back bustin rhymes that were special
Back then I wanted to impress you by addressin the truth
Nowadays I'm just confessing in the booth
The music is layered not computer generated
A human made it to satisfy unusual cravings
The mystic in a room with crystal walls and floors
Looking into a crystal quartz orb reciting lyrical law
That cause warm feeling sensations precipitating from the finger tips
To the arms, to the lips, to the jaws
To a Gold tongue that spits to the tone of the drum
With the oxygen that flows down the throat to the lungs
'Til every color of my Chakra glows brighter than the Sun
You and I become WE, WE become ONE
And the clarity of Cingularity has begun
Between ZERO(0) POINT ZERO(0) and ZERO(0) POINT ONE
Combinatrix, anything of this persuasion
is considered ageless beyond the Matrix
Beyond time displacement of space and spaceships in oasis
Beyond the reach of human contemplation
Through my music, magic and convoluted into action
Rip The Jacker shows you the future in fragments
Through madness my view is expanded request passage permission is granted
I'll introduce you to the language of dragons
To held balance near impossible trances in the labyrinth
Of the enchanted where air quality is unbearably rancid
From evil spirits, temperatures frigid, I cross wooden bridges over Methane rivers
It sounds crazy but listen
Concise lyrics strike down from the heavens
A titan like Mike Tyson, beastmaster with a Tiger and Pigeon
A four finger ring with an eyeball in it for vision
Cause I ain't scared of no 9 foot 11 winged Lizards
I'm known as the Ripper, my soul was delivered to a Wizard
For spiritual slave labor in a prison
My life is my sentence so I live it, but I studied the Physics
And understand it, so it's only a visit
I look at myself in the mirror, I see a stereoisomer Image
I know it's cryptic but you like what I'm spittin
M-M-M-M-Master in the Art of Rhyming yield so many surprises
I've found Excessive Ferric Iron in my Perinatal Sinus
Remote Viewing the Globe, what I'm shown runs my blood cold
My Occipital lobe might explode
The Godzilla Zilla God, enscripter encryptor
I drink the Elixir of knowledge like it was a liquor
I ain't a rapper I'm a Ripper slasher, supreme dream catcher
Brother Frater who would rather attend other matters
Like mastering words spellcaster curse you haven't heard
Incense I burn smells like a bag of herb
I walk among the living hidden but spittin they bid me good riddance
Cause nobody knows what I've written
Zecharia Sitchin in Hells Kitchen heavy liftin
Mixing Vocals switchin with no mittens my women keep bitching
Bitches drug experimenting, bed wetting and blood letting
White witches Black Magic rough wedding with a fuck ending
I ain't into fashion. Think I got jokes?
Keep laughin, we'll have a ceremony in a cabin
Rappin my only compassion that outlasted everything I ever had in life
And it still respects the Master
During the brides reception, the "Tree of Life" supplied me the weapon
Inside the Zodiac divided in sections
I categorized five elements inscribing the lettering,
Baphomet's unintelligible intelligence is benevolent
The initiate magician, not ready but willing
To perform molecular fission with emotions and feelings
I stand before the Rabbi with cat-eyes, he looked high
I don't mind, the muthafucka look crazy all the time
He asked me for the wedding band, I gave him the brides severed hand
Punishment for touching another man
I'm just a poor shoe cobbler, from Guadalajara
Who came in contact with scholars that studied Kabbala
I do not wish to be a martyr and follow the footsteps of my father
I wanna live the live of an honest farmer
We all became sombre as we placed the animal on the altar
Started the fire, rinsed my hands with some water
Look into my eyes I hypnotized my bride as I walk towards her
The congregation wouldn't take their eyes off her
I hear moans and weeping coupled with soft but labored breathing
I pinch myself am I dreaming?
Invisible people speaking we've met but I don't remember meeting
I don't remember these traditional teachings
I know I'm reaching into unallowed boundaries but the rhymes are increasing
My mind is breaching, I find it pleasing
Inside the theater of BAR WAR, unlimited seating,
Rhe kills still fresh, the cadavers, still bleeding!
The War Drum pounds like the wings of an owl beating
Right before it snares its prey and it begins feasting
How nice of you to join me this evening
To see the Symphony for its surface complexity out of deep simplicity
You see I achieved Tranquility with obscure metaphors
Entering doors not placed between walls but in the floor
Midnight strolls through rows of roses sharing moments
With whatever hostess is closest before the Solstice approaches
The fire burns but it burns smokeless
Ogres on flying Locusts screaming BUENOS NOCHES!!
The final battle with Vrill, the warcry's build
Run em over on the battlefield with chariot wheels
My shield is composed of meteorite stone
My sword is honed from Red Dragons rib bones
Rippin and spittin basic complex combinatrix
For the agents, tryna hack into my Matrix
5 out of 10 cases are found with their heads hacked off
In several places hanging from metal braces
Long ago, the Ghost of Plato befriended me
With an amulet intended to anchor my memories
Ttabula smaragdina glow greener than any known reefer
Harness the ether, talk to your leaders
The seekers of beautiful bars recording the position of the stars
Undermining these immutable laws
Correlating, DNA crossed-fading, what's the point in waiting we are all aging
It's yours for the taking
A black hole in the making, nothing but a wound gaping
From a womb where there's no escaping
Only life-forms racing before and after mating
And merry-making with partners that aren't even facing, what are we chasing??
Our ancestors asked the same thing, and we've gotten no closer then they've been
So I prey for the day when..
We don't even need eyes to confirm the Science and the poor education we've put our faith in
I don't write this to perform it, nor do I say it to record it
I feel I am answering, a calling
Fantastic, rhyme mechanic, like that of a blind pianist
The keys are metallic, my fingers are magnets
The music is magic, what is this madness, the stanzas are Rites of passage
Your left brain habits become your baggage
The masses, become savage, roaming the streets with torn fabrics
Creativity is less than average
Every baby is born a bastard, so why did you have it?
This question requires no answer or understanding
The "C" of Tranquility, that is all I seek
Nothing is complete without every separate piece
The "C" of Tranquility, that is all I seek
Nothing is complete without every separate piece

The "C" of Tranquility, what will it really be..
What does the future hold.. What do you really see??
I see a revolution in the industry that will ignite the re-birth of MC's lyrically
The "C" of Tranquility, what will it really be..
What does the future hold.. What can you really see??
I see the partition of Gods religion become united by our bars and our common visions
The "C" of Tranquility, what will it really be..

The punchins were bearable on PLoo because I understood that it wasn't meant to be listened to in that fashion...it was meant to be mixed so its fine, but this is different. It makes Cingularity sound like PLoo's sixth layer or something (even though it wouldnt work)

Cingularity Point is dope a fuck though for sure

Since yall brought it up: Punchin' in is a bitch-move for any Emcee.. And the sad thing is.. They're doin' it more than ever, and I can't stand it... As an Emcee, you never spit somethin' in the studio that you can't spit on stage... It's a cop out, and disrespectful to your fans who came out to support you, when they gotta listen to your hype-man end half of your bars for you..

Since yall brought it up: Punchin' in is a bitch-move for any Emcee.. And the sad thing is.. They're doin' it more than ever, and I can't stand it... As an Emcee, you never spit somethin' in the studio that you can't spit on stage... It's a cop out, and disrespectful to your fans who came out to support you, when they gotta listen to your hype-man end half of your bars for you..

http://soundclick.com/share?songid=6554443 -- I emcee, and I got a sick flow, and never punch in a god damn line.. Ever... Check my audio out if you want to hear some raw shit... "Asylum For Wolves Who Cried Sheep" written and produced by Psykosus

i'd rather do 5 takes (and normally i one take my verses) than do it in parts. my boys used to spit their verses in parts because they wrote too many words in a line, but now they learned how to allow for breathing time and now they won't do their shit in parts.

just like dude say, you don't do something in the studio you can't do on stage

shit is homo

If at a concert, a loyal fanbase will be performing the 'punch-ins' for you...

I love all the punch ins on 2000 B.C. (the album).

Still sounds like an excuse, rather than a justifiable validation...

Punch-ins are a major cop-out.. If you can't spit it.. Don't record it...

I dont mean to be a dick everyone but umm I have too disagree I like Cnibus and i'm just starting to get into him but RZA IS MY FAVORITE MC OF ALL TIME AND I THINK HES THE BETTER RAPPER AND MORE INTELLIGENT but thats just me.Also cant want for Canibuses new stuff to drop.

Tracklist. This shit is gonna be mad dope. I think it's gonna be doper than Melatonin Magik (which was flames), simply because any CD with Preemo production eats a CD with Warbux production.

whoever is talkin about punch ins needs to realize that shit happens more then youd ever think

when i i spit a verse i always intend to go one time, no punch ins and usually i will scrap a recording a redo the whole thing. but if done correctly aint nothing wrong with punch ins. Big Pun was doin punch ins all over tracks, while Kool G is the master of one timin a verse. both are legends tho

on topic: i like Bis but sometimes i find his shit to get to be too much. but imma def check this new album out

people forget that rapping is an art form. The ability to express yourself in various ways. Canibus is an artist and he paints pictures with his lyrics just like van gogh or da vinci. Canibus said something in an interview i watched recently. They asked him the Mc's he really respects and he said Killah priest and Nas. He said these guys have tremendous ability and thats why they are on the list of his top mcs. I just dont get it when people co-sign rappers that are not artist( e.g weezy, drake). Its all about your ability. Look at athletes for example: messi, ronaldo, micheal jordan, magic johnson, kobe e.t.c this guys have tremendous ability because they have great vision, natural skill and talent, hard working, ball handling, dribbling, shooting, scoring, stamina, endurance e.t.c same thing applies to rappers like canibus, killah priest, nas e.t.c
