Beast of Revelation?

I am using this new thread to draw attention to a comparison that I believe existed between the Beast of Revelation and the European Union.

The Beast

Revelation 13:1
And I stood upon the sand of the sea, and saw a beast rise up out of the sea, having seven heads and ten horns, and upon his horns ten crowns, and upon his heads the name of blasphemy.

The European Commission

The Commission of the European Communities (also commonly called the European Commission) – consisting of 10 members, a president and 6 vice presidents selected by member states – is charged principally with formal and practical implementation of the rules issued by the Council of Ministers. It also helps prepare acts submitted to the European Parliament and the Council of Ministers. The Commission, as executive, is both initiator and implementer.

I am not claiming any more than a direct comparison between the two political bodies that were alike.

Looks like it to me.

The depictions of these things should definitely be related to places other than the U.S. Even though this country is by far the most wicked of all, I believe with a full-view of all enemies, those who know what to do, will be better prepared when the time arises.

I just wish that more people would accept the fact that their governments are only using them in the worst possible ways.

It gets frustrating at times, seeing people so wrapped up in politics and who's going to win the next election, as if these candidates were really going to help the people.

I know most don't know, but the saddest thing of all, is that the ones that DO know, aren't saying anything and there are some that if they did know, would forget about it as soon as they found out for reasons of flat out fear and helplessness.

I couldn't agree more with what you say about Obama and everybody thinkin' that just because he's black, he's "The Deliverer".
