Just kidding... for the audio converter I recommend

altoMP3... It converts EVERY audio format (Maybe video, but I didn't test it yet) into MP3,OGG or WMA. It's great, and the only thing you get because it's a trial version is to get a message each time before you convert a batch of songs.

As for video... I only know a Moyea FLV to video converter. But it only converts .flv (youtube) files into any format (video or audio).
