Fuck it, just do you and see how many pay attention. the masses ain't buying shit that's NOT talking about the materialistic side of things, that or booty-in the end record labels are gonna push what sales and maybe they're all devils and don't wanna do shit but dumb us all down, or the more exact reason why very talented artist sit on the shelf on some bullshit, tons of classics that never even seen the light of day. I still have only heard maybe two tracks off of what was to be The Sun Will Rise by the great Pharoahe Monch, that's just one of many. The only say you have in it all is what you buy & listen to.

you guys think it's dead cause you watch shit like BET and listen to the radio waiting for nas to come on and don't know those mediums are now geared for 13-14 year old black girls.

your the douches in the situation

ppl are making stuff as good as and better then shit in the 90s on the daily, but you guys don't know that the methods of finding hip hop have changed cause it has nothing to do with TV and radio, or even albums, anymore

hip hop is alive and well

Not all of these are classic but fuck u anyway! How often are you expecting classics to come around? There was only few real classics that appeared during the whole 1990's/ i.e albums without any single flaws

Here's my proof, track 22 on this mixtape by Law, Blow Your Mind
http://www.datpiff.com/pop_mixtapePlayer.php?mid=17185&tid=22

songs like these are being made in large volumes daily, the game has changed, rappers are free from faggot AnR's and the industry really, until that have to drop and album, so if they're not smart the album won't be good (exc. wutang). Rappers and independant now and the importance has shifted to making good songs as opposed to good albums cause albums don't belong to the rapper

also, classics don't drop on a daily basis like you gays like to claim. a classic isn't only a good album, it has to be pivitol, game changing and of exception quality.

the word good has been replaced by classic for you gaywads, cut it out.

Also you guys develop real live hatred for ppl cause you don't like their songs, and therefore when they make good songs you hate them more cause your mentality is 'i have to hate this nigga'. Yung Joc is making gooood fuckin music right now, T.I., and Lil Wayne, i don't like his shit like the rest of ya'll but his quality has quadrupled since Carter 3. Young Buck is becoming a god as well

this all stems in taking rap way too seriously. If 50 cent is making fun on wutang on the internet, and you get mad hip hop will frustrate you, otherwise relax, it can be fuckin hilarious, also check this beat and shut the fuck up.

last classic i heard was Kayne's debut, it solidified a new brand of hip hop that not quite commericial and not quite backpackerish but comfortable for both, and was a flat out good fuckin album.

hip hop is alive and well

Well, that's the first time I agree with TSA.

If you know where to look, you'll find classics. The new Almighty album would be regarded as a classic in the 90's in the middle of all the classics.

Behind The Stained Glass is classic. eMC - The Show is there too.

And the new stuff individually put out as mixtape songs are crack. Sick shit.

Hip hop isn't dead, it just moved to the underground.

in my opinion a classic album sets trends and makes other artist go oh shit i have to top that or take that shit to another level its not quantity its quality you can tell when some one really thought there shit out versus laying some shit down and then putting it together then say lets call it this ........some one said we take hiphop to seriouse ...well theres nothing wrong with that because hiphop for some people is a way of life others its just a passing hope a phase with a rope then for some its religiouse we are all here on this site in the name of hiphop ..............hiphop is more than just music /[-`''its a matrix of alot of shit that regular people cant see .........you have to be able to see touch taste hear and feel hiphop !@#$%^&*()_hiphop is a life giver to some hiphop has saved lives it has the power to rejuvinate and nurish its not just M U S I C right now hiphop is physicaly alive nas didnt mean it died it that way he ment it died mentaly but some times only the wise can pick up on jewels like that it was a parable so now it has been interpeted devils always commercialise what is good for the people and the ones who except its alterd form are the ones who have no moral judgment ................hiphop is for the mind the mind controls the body [';]=-,./becareful of what you eat meantaly and physicaly

lol at Ghostlaced saying The W is classic, it has like three classic songs, but that's that.

Priest's last album is classic. The EMC joint is a classic, altho I don't like all the songs the same.

DJ Muggs vs. Sick Jacken : The Mask and the Assassin ---DEF CLASSIC. I even like it more than Illmatic.

Maybe Untitled will be considered a classic, I like it more than Stillmatic, so that's a good resume...

Sage Francis - Personal Journalist is a classic to me...
