jesususssssss come on. untitled was a good album to me. but why not make WHOLE albums of beats LIKE THIS and make a classic album. i dont get why its hard for dudes, especially guys like nas who are just nasty lyricists, to put out a complete classic every album.

actually, this song wasnt GREAT lyrically...it was more about the beat for me...got me writing some crazy ish..

i have no problem sacraficing the quality of lyrics (obviously aslong as it doesn't turn into some rich boy garbo) for a much better beat. how good really are some nas cds when hes dope but his beats suck? same with cannibus. an album can only be rated so highly without dope beats.

and to be perfectly frank, i take an okay lyrical album combined with monster beats over a lyrical album with subpar beats. i know "the dumb are only intrigued by the drum" yada yada yada, but i listen to music for entertainment, not to be schooled. i read books for that ya dig.
