yeah you have an airPort already inside. just cruise on into a wireless hotspot and your book will ask you if you want to use it.

but verizon has mobile internet solutions if you don't have access to a hotspot. $50/mo

yes there is a slot on the left side

P-noid HI FIVE for mac heads!

been using a mac since 97
i don't even like to use a pc now. like "ehhh i'm straight"
pcs fuck up my thought process.

mac philosophy is the computer should learn about the user.
pc philosophy is just the opposite.

vista was a blatant attempt to emulate the mac user experience.

FAIL

okay 1st get the airport update by using the update software from the apple menu or mac.com

they have made at least 3 updates in the past 6 months. i had the same problem. the 1st update fixed it. i havent updated since.

then go to your airport signal menus->network prefs->and run a diagnostic.

follow the steps

you should be good to go.

let me know if it doesn't work.

It's been said before, but the new Macs should come wireless right out the box. They have an antennae on the base of the laptop the surrounds the entire perimeter around the the bottom half, which should give you an excellent range for wireless spots.

Nah man, Mac's can get viruses. They're just not out their as much as Windows/PC machines (but they are out there) . You can be a carrier for a virus for other machines' even though the virus doesn't effect your system, kinda like a girl that doesn't know she has the clap.

macs only make up like 10-15 % of the computing world.
virus creators usually want to do maximum damage so they target pcs.
but there are some mac haters out there. so throw a jimmy hat on yo mouse.
