Quite possibly most thorough and excellent religion quiz I found on the net. Excellent stuff. They got a slight bias towards American denominations but that's OK by me.

What's best about it is that you can actually point which religious problems are important to you and which aren't. Dope stuff, really.

It's funny, I did one of these quiz things to see how I would die once. I filled it out fairly seriously and it came up with a 0% chance of dying by natural causes, with the highest percentage going to 'Murder with knife'. Gave me a rosy outlook on the future.

When I saw the first question of the quiz, I knew there would be a problem with the results. For some of the questions they ask a general thing, then start going into specifics all in the same question. For some of those questions I had to change my reply cause the general part applied to me, but not the specifics.

I remember a few yrs ago, I took an online test which properly identified me 100% as a muslim, but this quiz is not as good.

Anyway, here is the results:

All things come and go naturally. what must come will come without our help and what must go will leave no matter how hard we try to prevail it. A person's belief could change like the weather, day by day. Sunny could say "hey, i want to be a black hebrew israelite because i identify with them or my man Black Man could say "i find some truth in the teachings of taoism. What is/are belief(s)? Beliefs is the so called psychological state in which an individual holds an proposition or premise to be true. the concept of belief presumes a subject (in this case the believer) and an object of belief(the proposition). So like the other propositional attitude, belief implies the existence of the mental states and intentionality, both are debated topics as far as the philosophy of mind goes and whose foundations and relations to brain states are still controversial god. Beliefs are sometimes divided into "core beliefs" ( those which a person maybe actively thinking about) and dispositional beliefs (those which you may ascribe to but have never previously thought about).

Some would disagree and say the only thing we posses is our bodies. And destiny is a tool used by some to justify their behavior.

Interesting. Especially since I saw this 1% rise in mainline protestantism, as this time I wrote that there is no God.

Apparently I'm still a neo-pagan (not even really sure what that means) but my Mahayana Buddhism has kicked up a notch or 2, which is cool. This from Wiki about Mahayana Buddhism probably somes me up fairly well.

Mahāyāna can be described as a loosely bound collection of many teachings with large and expansive doctrines that are able to coexist simultaneously

Um, a funny thing, made in Iran. Has something for everyone, its messengers include Abraham, Krisna, Zarathustra, Moses, Buddha, Jesus, Muhammad and Bahaullah (the guy that founded it, although they claim all of those were actually Baha'i too). Um, claims to be peaceful, fanaticism is forbidden, as is gambling, gossiping, alcohol and political parties.

All in all, interesting stuff. As interesting as Cao Dai religion, whose prophet is, of all people, Victor Hugo.
