hmmm..... BG is iight... scan lines u should fade them out.... and the old sko0 megaman shoulbe duplicated blured and overlayed... otherwise nice

kinda large in my opinion... more like a banner perhaps!! your skills are gettin better for sure. it seems u got the blending down. thats good... u might wanna turn down the scan lines... drop opacity down a bit. slim the size and your on your way bro!!
