jury duty

Has anyone on here ever ignored a jury summons notice. well I have three times during the last 6 years. I was suppose to go on the 12th of aug. I didnt show up. last week they sent me a card stating that I missed jury duty and to report on the following monday or else futher action will happen. well i didnt go. monday is my sleep in day. its hard to wake up like at 630 am.
im not sure if i should try to show up and act like oh shit I just got this in the mail. maybe i should ignore it and wait for a poosible warrant for my arrest.

does any one know what i should do. I dont wanna show up and get arrested

hahahaha why would you get arrested for showing up? i'd imagine any excuse for previous absenses will work... they just want you to be there... try "my dog ate my mail" or you had 'family matters' to attend to and make it seem serious... that one always works for anything (at least in my experience). or just ignore this one too

i just had this convo with my brother he has been bothered for years, he's never went. nothings happened to him yet *knocks on wood*
