i do the same mistake every sunday, i get up around 5 in the afternoon cuz off too late partying on saturdays
and dont get sleepy at all when night times come
so i usually skip sleeping sun-mon, then go straight to work, then go home and sleep til the next day

its fucking painfull

I prefer not to sleep on Saturday.

Than sleep till 5pm and then not sleep Sunday night.

Plus, it eliminates any hangover i find.

If you sleep on a saturady night then you cant sleep right on a sunday so mondays are good for sleeping cos tuesdays and wednesdays are bad for sleeping i heard. If you sleep on a tuesday though then you easily sleep on a friday but not a thursday unless you sleep well on a wednesday then sundays should be easy to sleep on, if you arent asleep by this point in my meaningless post then theres something definetely wrong with ya...
