Superman Returns takes place in the same timeline of the first 2 Superman films, in it Superman/Clark Kent comes back to Metropolis after a long period of time to find out everything in his life has changed, Lois is with another man and has a child. Starring: Brandon Routh as Clark Kent/Superman, Kevin Spacey as Lex Lutor, Kate Bosworth as Lois Lane, as well as Parker Posey, Kal Penn and the ressurected Marlon Brando as Jor-El. Written by Singer's X2 writing team Michael Dougherty & Dan Harris.

anyways, real or not, the fact of the matter is superman is coming back. I'm a big Smallville fan, but I think if Tom Welling did the movie, then the show would be over.

I like it, it's nice and simple. Hope it stacks up to be one of the better comic book adaptations.
