On first listen its a good album. It has a more mature sound to it, which is fitting of an older Tip.

There is a nice soulful sound to the album.

Favorite tracks are "You" and "Shaka".

Check that shit out fools.

The release should be November 4th.

"Move" is my favorite cuz of the Michael Jackson sample and Won't Trade are my favs so far. this album is very tight i don't know if it'll be everyone's cup of tea but put side by side to his previous effort Amplfied is simplely the next level to what that album was because to me it was so underrated that people couldn't get past "Vibrant Thing" & "Breathe and Stop" songs to see the album was very good i think it took allot of tribe fans off guard cuz i was one of them.

This shit is humongously bangin. Really. "Shaka" reminds me of old Tribe, everything is great. I think I like this better than Amplified.

is it like the first album?

not really. the other beats had more pop (i dont mean they were shit, they just had more of that bouncy feel. if any of that makes sense) in them, this has more soul in them.

it's pretty cool. i'm glad he's rapping again, and not still trying to cross-over so fucking overtly.

too little to late though for bridging his career with tribe to a new group of listeners. it will be a sales bust.

this shit bumps. reminds me of why native tongues were so dope.

charles jones needs to revise his earlier comments.

will definitely be checking for this one, Q-Tip is good and really entertaining as long as he's rapping.. this is a rap album ain't it, it ain't like "Kamaal The Abstract" or whatever the fuck that was called huh?

is Q-Tip producing this himself or what?

The first thing i'm listening for in a Q Tip LP is the drum work, and he didnt really set it on fire in that department, but its pretty good. But then I dont what he has produced yet.

Believe is the best track simply cus it has D'angelo on it. Even though he didnt make full use out of that obvious hook D had goin.

The whole album is produced by Q-Tip except for one song which is produced by jay dee. I'm loving this album.

It's similar to his unreleased album Kamaal the Abstract, which was good also.

This is probably one of my top hip hop albums of this year.
