You don't like cheese.

Fuck man, thats some bullshit right there.

Cheese > all except beer and mayonaise, then they are on par.

And what the fuck is that halloumi stuff, I gotta try that.

Halloumi (Greek (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Greek_language): χαλλούμι, Turkish (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Turkish_language): Hellim, Arabic (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Arabic_language): حلوم (transl. ĥalloum)) is a cheese (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cheese) indigenous to Cyprus (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cyprus) and the East Mediterranean. It is traditionally made from a mixture of goat (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Goat)'s and sheep milk (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sheep_milk), although some halloumi can be bought that also contains cow's milk.[1] (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Halloumi#cite_note-0) Industrial halloumi contains more cow's milk than goat and sheep milk. This reduces the cost but changes the taste and the grilling properties.
The cheese is white, with a distinctive layered texture, similar to mozzarella (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mozzarella), and has a salty flavour. It is stored in its natural juices with salt-water, and can keep for up to a year if frozen below −18 C (0 F) and defrosted to +4 C (39 F) for sale at supermarkets. It is often garnished with mint (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mentha). The mint adds to the taste while some claim that it has natural anti-bacterial action that was traditionally helpful to increase the life of the cheese.
http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/thumb/3/3b/Halloumislicefresh.jpg/230px-Halloumislicefresh.jpg (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Image:Halloumislicefresh.jpg) http://upload.wikimedia.org/skins/common/images/magnify-clip.png (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Image:Halloumislicefresh.jpg)
Fresh sliced halloumi

It is used in cooking, as it can be fried until brown without melting due to its higher-than-normal melting point, making it a good cheese for frying (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Frying) or grilling (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Grilling) (such as in saganaki (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Saganaki)), as an ingredient in salads, or fried and served with vegetables. Cypriots like eating halloumi with watermelon (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Watermelon) in the warm months, and as halloumi and lountza - a combination of halloumi cheese and either a slice of smoked pork, or a soft lamb sausage.[citation needed (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Citation_needed)]
The resistance to melting comes from the fresh curd being heated before being shaped and placed in brine (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Brine).[2] (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Halloumi#cite_note-1) Traditional halloumi is a semi-circle shape, about the size of a large wallet, weighing 220-270 g. The fat content is approximately 25% wet weight, 47% dry weight with about 17% protein. Its firm texture when cooked causes it to squeak on the teeth when being consumed.
Traditional artisan halloumi is made from unpasteurised sheep and goats milk. Many people still make this, as it is relatively easy to make at home if you can get the milk, but not in any large quantity, so it really is an occasional treat. Many people also like halloumi that has been aged; it is much drier, much stronger and much saltier. It is easy to find this traditional product in Greek Cypriot (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Greek_Cypriot) and Turkish Cypriot (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Turkish_Cypriot) shops. It is kept in its own brine, and you usually have to ask for it. The character of this cheese is very different from the squeaky mild halloumi that Western chefs use as an ingredient. Naturally, for those with less adventurous palates, the mild mass produced cheese will suffice.[citation needed (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Citation_needed)]
Although it is made worldwide and is of rather disputed origin due to the mixed cultures in the Levant (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Levant) and East Mediterranean (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mediterranean), halloumi is currently registered as a protected Cypriot product within the US (since the 1990s) but not the EU (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/EU). The delay in registering the name halloumi with the EU has been largely due to a conflict between dairy producers and sheep and goat farmers as to whether registered halloumi will contain cow’s milk or not and if so, at what ratios with sheep and goat’s milk.[3] (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Halloumi#cite_note-2)[4] (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Halloumi#cite_note-3) If it is registered as a PDO (Protected designation of origin (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Protected_designation_of_origin)) it will enjoy the same safeguard as 600 or so other agricultural products such as feta (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Feta) and parmesan (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Parmesan) cheese. Halloumi is also registered in Canada as "Hallomi" without the "U" due to a dispute with a dairy producer in Canada.[citation needed (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Citation_needed)]

I was a vegan for a few years, I missed cheese the most. I'm still a vegetarian, so I replace meat with extra cheese. January 2006 I weighed 160 pounds (72 kg), now, and pretty much the last year, I've been 220 pounds (100 kg). So it could be the cheese. My dad calls me cheeseboy. At work my co-worker says at lunchtime, "hey amigo, queso con queso y mas queso sandwich". I like cheddar (sharp, medium) and pepperjack

FHmXAb3G0ek

all kinds. I couldnt really say what my favorite type of cheese is. I've had all kinds but on a day to day basis I rely on cheddar. Sharp cheddar to be exact. I just recently bought a brick of white to see what it would be like cuz I dont use white cheddar.

I use Colby, mozzarella , montery(sp?) jack , hahaha colby jack , swiss , smoked cheddar .....

those ^ are the chesses that I use on a regular basis.

I love feta cheese on a greek salad or a few other things. That stuff is awesome but stinks like all hell. Ricotta is my mf cheese!!!!!! I love to make a mean lasagna and that ricotta be the vein in my weed.lol , for real.

those are cheese that just dont fit my daily cuisine though^ they like once a month cheeses for me.

I love cottage cheese. Throw some crushed up crackers and pepper up in it and thats that shit right there. My grandma used to eat pears with cottage cheese. That shit is nasty as fuck , I tried it cuz I had love for cottage cheese but pears almost ruined it.

string cheese used to be the bomb when I was like 6 to 9 years old. Not to long ago I took the kids to go visit my mom and this lady (my mom) breaks out strings cheese and I'm like cool but then she like "sed , this ones for you".......come on now.......I'm 28 yrs old.....how you gonna act like I really want some string cheese. I just let my lil boy split it with my lil sister.

(wow @ at the depth I went to convey cheese love^)

some ppl get grossed out at the fact that cheese is "rotten milk" or spoiled or whatever. fuck em.:chef:

(last minute edit)

cheese broccoli soup is outstanding and so is cheesecake and of course I love Nachos.....

the endless possibility of cheese ....wow

speaking of cheese, i have found that the biggest difference between black and white people (with the exception of skin color) is macaroni & cheese. once i was the token white guy at a cook out. one lady brought macaroni and cheese. and someone asked her what kind of cheese she used, and she rattled off 4 different cheeses. the other lady argued that she should have used colby jack, velveeta, cheddar and mozzerella. then somebody else argued something different. and for the first time in my 20 some years of life, i realized that there was REAL macacroni and cheese. my mom had only made that kraft macaroni and cheese shit that came with some fake cheese powder. it opened my eyes to a new way of eating and to race relations.
