Man sentenced after 12th DUI
Monday, December 08, 2008
By Daniel Malloy, Pittsburgh Post-Gazette

For his 12th conviction for drunken driving, a Brookline man will spend several years in state prison.
Robert E. Neville Jr., 44, was sentenced today by Common Pleas Judge Randall B. Todd to serve from 4 years, 9 months to 9 1/2 years. It is the seventh time Mr. Neville has been sentenced to state prison time for a DUI.
The October 2007 arrest made it an even dozen for Mr. Neville since 1984. Judge Todd read each of the 12 convictions aloud in court.
Judge Todd also said that Mr. Neville's driver's license has been suspended since 1984, and he can't re-apply for one until 2018.
