I thought the general consensus said GTA4 was disappointing compared to previous titles.

Also, needs more MGS4.

I enjoyed GTA, although admittedly it would've been better if it wasn't part of the franchise. It didn't deserve to win GOTY considering the games it was up against though [MGS4, LBP, Fallout 3 and Gears 2]
