Good games for Xbox 360?

I'm looking for some new games for 360 to check out, but I'm sick of shooters really. I want a game that I will be playing for hours unlike a 6 hour campaign mode on a shooter. I love RPG's, but there are very few on the consol, I also like games that have a high replay value. I'm probably going to get FFXI. But any recommended games for 360?

Here's a few games I already know you will mention, and I'll tell you I've already played/beat/got bored of them. Fallout 3, Oblivion, GTA IV, Fable 2

not sure i only played the demo. its probably long like most jap rpgs, probably has alot of secrets/extras/unlockable shit too

the series is known for satisfaction. you should really get ffxi tho, best rpg and most rewarding if you invest the time. i hit 75 recently
