In my opinion, this is one of the greatest mixtapes ever! Released in 2003, "The Best of Big Daddy Kane" was mixed by J.Period & hosted by the man himself, Big Daddy Kane. It featured classics like Ain't No Half Steppin', Warm It Up , Taste of Chocolate, etc. Then you have a few blends using classic beats alongside with the dope rhymes of Kane. You also get freestyles, rare remixes, guest appearances, Kane telling stories, etc... I suggest that you burn a copy for you car right now!

yeah this is old, but thee illest "best of" type tape ever done for Kane......J. Period is a master of the "Best of" format and if you like this jointbe sure to go peep his mixes for Lauryn Hill and others......he's also got a new onedroppin soon for Q-Tip.....
