the Reks, Devin The Dude, Large Professor and Black Milk's album were far better than that faggot Lil Wayne's bullshit, like Big D.O. said come on Preme, why would you waste your time and energy on wack shit?

lol IMO Reks' album was the most hyped album last year and it wasn't all that. It was cool, but to have the best track on the bonus cut offs, that's just sad. And it's not the producers, it's Reks. He ain't one the level the legendary Big's were, he ain't on One Be Lo level, not on Lupe's, ....

No one ever said that Reks was on the level of Rakim or Biggie, but you have to admit that Reks is a fierce MC and he can spit dope lines,to me Lupe is a fruitcake and couldn't adopt the flows like Reks did on All In One (5 Mics) if he tried hard, Lupe also butchered a classic A Tribe Called Quest joint and has just never appealed to me.

Each to their own though wera.

Reks is a cliché good rapper for me, where Lupe is not. And yeah, poor Lupe, that should've killed his career tho haha

Where the ruddy Hell is Rising Down?

Best album of 2008.

And nice to see GZA get a mention, of course for Premier there'd be no Bobby Digital mention :D.

LOL @ "Mr Hip Hop" Preemo shittin on the opnions of the lame slovaks on the site.

But of course, Shizzah's opinion is ALWAYS right, no matter how much acclaim lil wayne gets from ALL manner of respected people, Shizzah is STILL right.

i can't believe he didn't put Pete Rock's album up there, that is the real #1 this year imo (together with the Show & A EP but that was originally released late 2007 but re-released with one track being remixed to one of the best songs of the year).
