Can someone please tell me what superfluidity is? Why is there no friction?

errr i think theres no frictions because at a certain temperature the liquid's viscosity is zero. meaning that when the liquid interacts with a different surface, theres no frictions between the liquid and the surface of the other element. its a weird phenomena, but it all to do with phase transformations and the movement of atoms which take place when temperature changes.
its common with helium.
