Lets build....

Heres a salmon dish i made tonight for me and the missus...


First I cover the salmon with salt, pepper, herbs, chives & Olive Oil hen pan-fry for 15 mins turning occasionally-

I then cover the salmon with tin-foil, put it in an oven dish, pour in boiling water and add some herbs, oil & balsamic vinegar then cook in the oven for about 20 mins -

cooking time was 30 mins, eating time was 5 mins..I believe the more effort ya put in, the better the result...I simply laugh at tin chillas!!!

Well the salmon is a small meal so you can munch while you cook....easy

plus i built a blunt while it cooked so i used the time well, scoff the foodski then chuff on a blunt afterwards....thats realness!
