i did this diet last month where all i would at is 100 grams of steamed meat a hanful of raw veggies and a piece of fruit(all organic) twice a day. so on wednesday i went to a boxing show in jersy and backstage they had a table of food. i got some coleslaw ad made a white bread roast beef sandwhich, in less then five minutes i was hugging the toilet bowl. shit like this looks like a white gelatinouss sustance like a tumor or something
