i could eat either of these meals for every meal for the rest of my life.

#1 candied yams, collard green, macncheese, black eyed peas, bbqchicken, cornbread

#2 Waffle house- 2 waffles, hash browns scattered covered, cheese omelet, raisin toast, grits.

either one 3 times a day for the next 40-50 years.
prolly with some vitamin supplements.

Longbongcilvaringz
03-04-2009, 12:32 PM
It's like an Italian stew sort of thing.

Hard to describe, but by the end the meat is melt in your mouth types of tender.

Usually with veal shank, but can be beef also.

Damn its hard to say just one....

I mean i love some homeade sauce with the meatballs, rib and sausage. or veal or chicken parmesean.

But than again i love a juicy steak and potatoes type deal

But again if a meatloaf is right than meatloaf and mashed potates and gravy.....

I was just at my grandmothers and she made a cornedbeef and cabbage stew and that shit was out of this world.

Or some tender riBs and homefries with coleslaw and garlic bread

or some general tao's chicken/ orange beef with with rice

I can't choose.....i really cant.

Drunken Monk

Swiss steak is good too. You don't need a knife to cut it, it's so tender.
