He was there at the end of the real "Golden Age" with the first album and Low End Theory and then dropped Midnight Marauders on the same DAY as 36 chambers...

then he produces for Nas on Illmatic and Mobb Deep on Infamous.

I don't think hip-hop will see another day that drops two classic albums on the same day. Q-tip's last solo album was one of the best albums of last year IMO. No intros or silly skits, just one nice track after another.
