that's probably something you have to change somewhere in your account settings,

do you see two options when you post?

I see post quick reply and go advanced, the second one will pull up a lot of option but you can get some of those turned on already in the User CP (top left of your screen)

word, you might know more Steely Dan than you realize. Alot of their songs are ingrained into pop culture. I didn't realize it myself until seeing other people here post some of their stuff up. I got a friend and co-worker who swears by them. The one I posted is his favorite album ever and this guy knows ALOT about music. but check it out
