I dont know about the mechanics of web pages like that, Tomb handles those things. It seems these days everyone has a widescreen LCD monitor....I just got mine a few weeks ago. Before with the tube one the forum was perfect.
Hold down the ctrl key and scroll up on your mouse wheel a few notches.
food for thought

just google it. maxthon is a very good browser. it could look complicated at first but with a few plugins its the best shit out there....... imo of course ;]
you can center websites with it by one click.....
why widescreens are so popular now? think about it ;]

yo i jsut figured some shit out
if u hold CTRL and move your scroll ball up/down on your mouse,
you can zoom in/out of the page and make it fit your monitor
only bad thing is the text gets a lil bigger
