well what i do is get the direct link from wherever you dl it from ie rapidshare megaupload etc etc. enter it into a search engine and hopefully you'll find whoever posted it w/ pass included

vol. 2 is the only one i could find with the actual rapidshare link and it was down :(

get the links you used and you may be able to track down the pass
