^ haha

I love the Bad Boys films and another one could be sick, but I don't want them to ruin the brand by making a shitty 3rd one

They already did by making a shitty second one

The second one sucks balls and is only saved, partially, by the hilarious scene with Joe Pantoliano and Will Smith after the carnage on the highway.

Naaah I love the 2nd one lol. I was kinda young when it came out though, so I might have been more critical if it came out now

"how old are you?"
"Nigga you look 30"

lol @ that scene

LOL@that scene you mentioned when Will and Martin was questioning that black dude before he took out Martin's daughter hahahahahahahahaha. Will said to him, you ever made love to a man before? The dude said no. Will said you want to? Hahahahahahahahahahaha. I read about there might be a Bad Boys 3 in the works but Will and Martin and the producer Jerry Bruckheimer haven't signed on yet. I don't know why the 2nd one gets some hate on here. I liked the 2nd one.

Bad Boys 2 was better imo. the first one was cool but the second one had more drama better action. i guess the first one was funnier though.

hope this happens, be the first film from either actor that i checked for in a long time.

Also up in the air is who will direct the film. Michael Bay hasnít openly expressed interest in returning to the franchise, even though Jerry Bruckheimer is still attached to produce. It might be easier to find a director to commit if both Smith and Lawrence agree to come back, but until that happens, fans of the franchise might be in for a long wait.

The mantra behind Sony Picturesí recent restructure (http://www.deadline.com/2013/12/sony-pictures-michael-de-luca-analysis/) that brings in Michael De Luca as production co-president was to make higher quality tent poles. That means spending money on hot writers. Iím told the studio is in early talks with David Guggenheim to script Bad Boys 3 (http://www.deadline.com/tag/bad-boys-3/), which the studio hopes will bring back Will Smith (http://www.deadline.com/tag/will-smith/) and Martin Lawrence (http://www.deadline.com/tag/martin-lawrence/) as fast-talking undercover cops who solve crimes with spectacular action, gunplay, and harsh language. Guggenheim scripted Safe House (http://www.deadline.com/tag/safe-house/), the Denzel Washington-Ryan Reynolds action thriller.

Bad Boys II was released a decade ago, and the sequel grossed $273 million on a $160 million budget. Michael Bay directed the first two, but he doesnít seem to be involved, at least at this point. Jerry Bruckheimer is producing the pic. Sony is trying to do this with the original cast, which makes it different from the other big franchise reboots in the works, Men In Black and Ghostbusters. Those are being rebooted. With Ghostbusters, that has a lot to do with Bill Murray being unwilling to reprise his signature role. With Men In Black, the deal making on that film got to be prohibitively expensive with all the talent and producer back ends, to the point it was becoming impossible for the studio to make money.

Since making a splash with Safe House, Guggenheim has been working steadily on action thrillers that include a Safe House sequel, as well as the Scott Free-produced Narco Sub (http://www.deadline.com/tag/narco-sub/) for Doug Liman to direct, the McG-directed Puzzle Palace, and Weaponized, an adaptation of the novel Guggenheim wrote with Nicholas Mennuti. He just worked for Sony Pictures, scripting the new draft of Uncharted/Drakeís Fortune. Guggenheim is repped by Paradigm and Madhouse Entertainment.

I wouldn't mind seeing a Bad Boys 3.
