stilettos from wearing blisters

How do I keep my stilettos from wearing blisters on my heels and little toe? Band aids have faied me!? I am 26, and used to be able to wear heels platforms or whatever for hours, and not I can wear them for 10 minutes, and they immediately tear my feet up! I don't know if the skin on my feet got thinner or what! Im only 107lbs and 5'6 so I don't believe weight is an issue. Is there something other than Band Aids? They fall off or don't work. Please help!
