View Full Version : Saying goodbye to my friend

well I just found out my dog's terminal.

She's ridden with tumors and theres no shot in hell.

Don't really know what my family's going to do yet.

She was fine outwardly a week ago then suddenly she stopped eating and her belly got swollen. We found out she's got internal bleeding, her liver and spleen are gone and shes got days left to live...

I'm pretty upset, but there's nothing anyone can do.

just thought id share it with strangers

still haven't shed a tear yet... my emotions are fucked. I never cry when someone dies but ill cry over other things sometimes.

another sad story... My mom's best friend just lost her husband and sister within a week about a month ago and I went and said "well bad things come in threes" not that had anything to do with it, i'm a realist but still.

I'm so sad I'm pissed right now. AND I WAS HAVING SUCH A FUCKING GOOD DAY FUCK IT!

i feel for you man, i think alot of people underestimate how much a pet dying can upset someone....i've had a few pets that have died and i've been sad as fuck everytime

yeah, i think its because people are so shitty, we look at every animal as being a saint

not that they aren't, its just that a dog can never critisize you about your hopes and dreams or call you a fag or put you down. They're in that godlike state of carelessness that only non sapient life has. They just want food, a place to go the bathroom, and someone to scratch their ears.

People should be more like animals. We have a lot to learn.

All people really need is food, water, shelter, love, and sex everything else is just a distraction from that, which is fine, but we need need to get those five down first.

She passed today. I'm taking it okay, the rest of my family was pretty shooken up. I'm glad she died suddenly, knowing about it for a while would have been worse. We didn't put her down, she stopped breathing on her own, so no remorse there. Its a natural death, sped up by some nasty cancer, but i've got another dog, and right now its more important to make sure she doesn't get too shooken up by it.

did you ever put peanut butter on your balls and make the dog lick it off...if so then you had a special bond that no-one can ever break!

Sucks to hear, I had to have my dog put to sleep last October and that shit tore me up.

Iv always had a hard time dealing with pets deaths over people deaths.

Iv had a couple of my good friends die over the last couple of years and I didnt shed a tear once

Yet the last 2 times I cryed was when my cat and my dog died. Shit his hard
