Drink lots of water.

Ground Cayenne Pepper is something I always put in soup. It's hot as fuck, but clears you up and believe it or not, actually helps with calming a sore throat.

Experience:

Boil some water,

add some minced garlic & let boil for 3 min

pour into cup

add honey and lemon

Drink



Do this 3 times a day


You should notice changes after the first day.

I like to lift hard when I start to feel like I'm getting sick. I feel like it gets my body working, and like everybody else says, sweating it out is good for you. I also drink lots of juice and tea(no British)

when i was little and sick my parents would throw me into a painfully cold shower.
As i screamed in pain and tried to jump out, i realized i wasn't sick anymore.

no matter how bad your flu or headache is, a brief splash of extremely cold water for some reason will have you feeling like you weren't even sick to begin with in a matter of minutes.


also when you're vomitting splash cold water on your face. i dont think you can vomit with a wet face, but use it for when your puking so much that you know its unhealthy, puking most of the time is good for you.

Here people swim in frozen lakes for health reasons. Go from hot sauna to frozen lake, its good for your blood circulation.

Its usually older people who do it tho.
