Let's make this clear, i'm not talking about wack rappers that make retarded music i'm talking about rappers with some type of dysfunction or retardation. I can't think off that many, Gucci Mane comes to mind and so does Ying Yang Twins but other than that there's really not that many right??

i'm thinking about doing a mixtape to show love to all my mongoloid niggaz in the belly of the beast.
