ie. The most important album of the 60's, the most important album of the 70's etc.

I don't really have an opinion on the matter. Just interested to see what people have to say.

The 60's is by far the hardest choice. Probably goes to the beatles.

Too hard to answer really.

Maybe a Nirvana album for the 90s.

I'd like to see a Pink Floyd album for the 70s.

I think RATM truly captured the 90's. Their self titled album captured the unchanneled anger and frustration of society and the political landscape during that decade.


Although Fear of a Black Planet for example might counter that.


RATM and PE really did transcend through every social class and continent so it's a hard choice.

90s=OK Computer - Radiohead
00s=In Rainbows - Radiohead

90s = Only Built 4 Cuban Linx
00s = Speakerboxxx/Love Below
10s = My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy (best album of this decade so far, but its obviously impossible to say if it will have the most impact in the decade)
