Leonard Cohen is one of the best songwriters i have ever heard, depression, death, social injustice are major reacurring themes for him, i reccomend the future album for some serious food for thought.

you should check out the album "For Emma, Forever Ago" by Bon Iver. it's a slow, sparse, sad, and beautiful record.

Woho! Thanks for all the suggestions! :D
And yeah, I actually thought about Leonard Cohen as well when I made this. He's very reminiscing of Nick Cave(who I absolutely adore, no homo) at times imho.

Tool - The Patient
Acid Bath - Venus Blue
- Scream of the Butterfly
- Bones of Baby Dolls
- Dead Girl
-New Death Sensation
Seriously, Acid Bath is amazing. Some of the darkest songs I've ever heard. The have faster, more up-tempo songs but it's all some dark ass, evil subject matter.
