Regardless..

Take a look at some alarming stuff which recently happened with Neutrality:

The FCC basically side stepped Congress and made some really outlandish decisions. The following chairman and commissioners should be stripped of their titles, bonuses and severance pay:

Julius Genachowski (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Julius_Genachowski), Chairman
Michael J. Copps (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Michael_J._Copps), Commissioner
Robert M. McDowell (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Robert_M._McDowell), Commissioner
Meredith Attwell Baker, Commissioner
Mignon Clyburn, Commissioner

Not really sure at the moment. If I can get dc++ working on my macbook I might go back to that.

The operators of pirate bay hate the MPAA and RIAA so much that they vowed to never stop running their service no matter the jail time.

A huge deal was supposed to go down back in August-Sept where some large investment company was going to buy their portal, back-end technology and name rights with the hopes of turning it into a legit, legal file sharing community. 8 million was offered.

That turned into one screwed up deal and every party backed out of eventually. Then the torrent tracker and all 27gb of archived torrents popped up on a rogue server 36 hours later. The founders are supposed to serve 2 years in jail I think..
