my grill has been getting plenty of use the past week or so....all the neighbors come around...

about to throw some salmon on....first time ever doing it....

aw man I been doing it up hard on the grill for the last month.

steaks
chicken legs
flank steak for fajitas
chicken for fajitas
ummmmm skrimps

.....I fuckin BBQ'd a pork roast and sent it to my moms house for my whole family to get down on.

I did a brisket last week but didnt throw in the tenderizer and it came out sorta wack.

Just burgers. My grill started on fire though which sucked, first the flames appeared just under the grill, on the knobs just above the propane, but the rest of it soon caught. My brother was cooking at the time, but was not paying the proper attention, and the rest of us were in a circle talking a good fifteen feet away. My young friend daniel noticed before anybody else, the whole grill erupt in flames out the corner of his eye. In a ridiculous attempt to put out the fire, the nigga daniel ran up and drop kicked the shit outta my grill gawd. Man oh man that fucking grill got rocked, the whole thing flew over, the fucking lid popped off, and the burger patties were last seen flying through a cloud of charcoal ash that kicked up as it smashed into the ground. It had been catching on fire lately but not this bad. Luckily it wasnt necessarily a 'cookout' though, just me and a few friends trying to eat something, so it pretty much went like "huh... fine, grills broke, lets go inside and make grilled cheese instead".

man I live on the second story and I grill on my deck an shit and last time I did the property manager came by and gave me tha biz and tried to get me to take my lit grill down to the parking lot.I was like "cmon now how am I gonna run a lit grill thru the apt???" ... fuckin stupid. It was the smoke from the coals that did it.I was using mesquite. one of my favs.

I gotta have that char and that smoked flavor if I grill and thats whats up.I got a lil standard BBQ grill but my moms got a pit and I get down on that pit.

I used to always use charcoal then realized its not appropriate for some food and it takes too long for it to get lit.

I wasted wayy too much $ on bags of it. I'll use it at the beach beach/state parks though.

^^^everything tastes better on the charcoal though imo
i can't think of a single thing i've had that didn't taste inferior on a propane grilll.

it is a hassle to get lit and buying mad bags of charcoal and fluid is a pain in the ass...depending on how much you're cooking you'll probably end up spending more on charcoal and fluid than you do for a propane tank, so each one has pros and cons
