i'm so happy i never followed the trend in high school to start smoking cancer sticks to look cool, because cigarettes don't do anything for me like, you get me, i lot of heads who start bunning cigarettes are now 100% addicted to that shit, its starts off as sumthin to do, then its turns into addiction and dependency, its one of the most addicted drugs out there

i was only into green in high school, because weed did sumthin for me and it still does, yes surr, yes it does, that piff, munk(skunk), thai, its all good, ha ha, yes it is

I don't really have an addictive personality so I never really started.
Or maybe i'm just too lazy to go out and buy cigarettes everyday.

I stopped maybe a month or two ago, i don't know.

I won't have a cigarette again.

I didn't smoke that much though, maybe a few a day and a pack over a weekend if i went out or whatever.

Because it is customary down here to roll a joint with baccy in it, not having rettes on me gets annoying sometimes.

I dont remember how many times I "quit". The last time I smoked cigarettes was 10 years ago. Between 14-17 years old. I guess it was much easier to quit back then rather than now. At that time a pack was $3.50. My folks both quit 2 years ago and they have both been smoking for like over 40 years.

I used to smoke 50 - 60 smokes a day then 15months ago I went and did the allen carr easyway to stop smoking course which was a 2hour talk and never felt like smoking again. Went out that night got drunk as fuck didn't even think about having one. I would really recommend this to smokers that want to stop. It is expensive about $350US but damn it feels good

I read the guys book - Allen Carr - Easy way to stop smoking (you can find a pdf). Read it in a day - and quit no problem. That was 8 days short of one year ago. I'd smoked for years and found it impossible to quit - until I read the book.

Had to quit weed too - now that was a different story. That WAS DIFFICULT. Nicotine tho was easy using the dude's book.

good luck
