id rate it 7/10, highly over rated

also man would you follow the style of the other reviews? itd make this section a lot doper if all the reviews were the same format

"If you post a cd review ALWAYS post cd cover + poll rating options from 1 - 10."

IMO more classic material. I still listen to this joint to this day ... just a little too much filler though. But, on the real... you gotta give it up to "The Fu" for being trend setters in their own right. There are so many new acts tryin' to imitate/duplicate their style ... you know, tryin' to get their "Fu" on, and they owe it all to Pras, Clef and L. Boogie cuz they did it first, and they did it so damn well.

"Bless you if you represent the Fu ..."

I guess that means I'm straight then ... lol ... ;)

imo...The Miseducation of Lauryn Hilll owns this album.

But, it's still nice to hear the original Fugees every now and then...

I don't think they can recreate the same magic they once had...but, I hope they do pull it off.

15/10. Whatever album Fugees album drops in the future, nothing, and I mean NOTHING would beat up "The Score".

Listening to this again its just an amazing album. The beats have an ill dusted out quality to them. The lyrics are both intelligent and entertaining with all the stories and wordplay. Its definitely a classic. 10/10. Also some of the best rap verses ever are on this album courtesy of L-Boogie. Seriously such a fuckin shame she doesn't exploit her rap talent anymore.
