I was never able to see the movie either, but the soundtrack does have some serious heaters on it.

That song was the first time I ever heard Canibus, he scrambled my brains on that joint.

After that, I was never the same.

Ya, all 4 of these guys were in their prime. Ras' verses are superb. The film itself is really good too. It has some excellent footage of Ras, Redman, and some of the clan members. Mef freestyles on the streets of New York. It was a really easy watch, but its weird how the movie goes over the art of hip hop, but there isn't any footage of Rakim, Kane, Kool G. That was my only complaint really. Hip Hop fans should definitely check "Rhyme & Reason".
