This past Thursday, I was writing with a fountain pen when I realized that it was time to attend a meeting.

I absent-mindedly dropped the pen into my breast pocket and proceeded to the conference room.

Well, apparently, I had not fastened the lid properly, and as you may have guest, I fell victim to a rather sizable inkstain in the general vicinity of my left chest-nipple.

A waste of a fine shirt. The moral of the story is, had I considered and planned for proper pocket protection, the previous scenario could have been avoided entirely.

Thoughts? Experiences? Suggestions?
