rhythmic genius!!!!!!!

the casual fan has no idea what goes into the mechanics of a tech n9ne track...

even if tech rhyming over a beat i dont like, im still gonna listen, because the technique has always been next level....

diction, alliteration, breath control, pitch, emotion... off the chart!!!!!!!!!!

not everyone can be a tech n9ne, you gotta have another gear!!!!!!!

like a pharoahe monch, or twista, or bone thugs, or kool g....

he always inspires me to try and take this writing to the next level!!!!!!!!!!!!!

great book BTW, classic toilet literature!!!!!!!!!!!

if you take the craft of emceeing seriously, you cant help but be a fan of tech!!!!!!!!!!

Tech is easily one of the most under rated rappers right now, his last album was bad but after the 2 bangers he released in 09 he can get away with it.

He should work with more producers though, a producer collabos could become an instant classic.

Even Lil Wayne said he wants to work with Tech N9ne after he's released, mutha fucking lil wayne.

In other Tech News, he just signed Jay Rock to his label.

Tech N9ne has incredibly intricate flows, he's on another plateau entirely.

He's got super dexterity with it, down right mind-boggling stuff.

I've been playing the song "Questions" from the Calm Before The Storm album a shit load.

I still haven't checked out the new joint, I probably won't either.

I like the darker shit, as I've stated previously.

I can see him doing well in the mainstream too, as well. He could easily be underground yet be commercial

Exclusive: The Strange Music co-founder says that he was impressed with Jay Rock's dedication and his live show, and nearly has the artist inked out of Warner.

Speaking with HipHopDX last Thursday, Kansas City, Missouri veteran emcee Tech N9ne (http://www.hiphopdx.com/index/interviews/id.1582/title.tech-n9ne-someone-to-believe-in) confirmed that his Strange Music imprint may have signed one of the this year's XXL Freshman 10 in DXnext alum Jay Rock (http://www.hiphopdx.com/index/dxnext/id.119/title.jay-rock). Last week it was announced that the Watts, California rapper would join the Strange family on Tech's upcoming Independent Grind Tour (http://www.hiphopdx.com/index/news/id.11910/title.tech-n9ne-announces-tour-dates-with-e-40-glasses-malone-kutt-calhoun).

Tech N9ne explained that Jay Rock's interest in Strange prompted the relationship. "First of all, when I did the video with Estevan Oriol, "Like Yeah" [from Killer (http://www.hiphopdx.com/index/album-reviews/id.983/title.tech-n9ne-killer)], Jay Rock came down. I'd never met him, but I'd heard him." Tech said he was familiar with the song assisted by Lil Wayne (http://www.hiphopdx.com/index/interviews/id.301/title.lil-wayne-the-carter), "All My Life (In The Ghetto)." "He came and showed me love, he was 100. He came and told me what he had poppin': he was on Warner Brothers, messing with [DJ] Kay Slay...he was a real cool cat. So we started talkin', and the deal wasn't really goin' well with Warner. So we were like, 'What if we can get in there and get Jay Rock?'" Tech said that those considerations have nearly come to fruition. "We're almost [secured] in having Jay Rock over here at Strange Music. It's almost final. We're just tweaking a couple things. From he being down with me to him possibly being one of my artists on Strange Music is a big thing for me."
With the tour in the horizons, Tech emphasized how much Jay Rock's performing abilities enhanced the interest. "What really did it for the tour was, we had had a meeting with all his people, and we brought him out to Kansas City. We ate, we partied, we saw a show. XXL was down here to see it. When I went to L.A., I got to see him open up for my show. I had never saw him on stage. Him and Kendrick Lamar and all them really murdered it!" Based on his own performing accolades, Tech continued, "For somebody to blow me away, that's a lot."
Current Strange Music artists include Krizz Kaliko (http://www.hiphopdx.com/index/dxnext/id.120/title.krizz-kaliko), Kutt Calhoun, Big Scoob, Cognito and Sacramento, California veteran lyricist Brotha Lynch Hung (http://www.hiphopdx.com/index/interviews/id.1515/title.brotha-lynch-hung-cannibal-vox).
