Too many dissapointments this year....so far the best album is Street Villains Vol 2

10-14-2005, 10:49 PM
the only album that held my attention at all this year were KANYE WEST's LATE REGISTRATION, COMMON's BE, 50 CENTS MASSACRE, and GAME's DOCUMENTARY

....so ya, by my list this year sucked.......

.......I usually like underground.....but the underground borred me to death this year......sure 50 CENT and GAME suck, but I found there albums alittle more interesting than most other albums............hip hop is in a serious creative rut (mainstream and Underground)

^ I disagree. Two of the greatest this year just recently dropped, being Grandmasters & DangerDoom. And there are at least ten I can think of off the top of my head better than any of the ones you listed, but I respect your opinion.

I do agree that Kanye, Game, and Commons albums were all cool, but I still think The Massacre is a huge dissapointment. And I like his last album... so Im not just some "hater"
