The Roots are collaborating with R&B singer John Legend (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/John_Legend) on the upcoming album WAKE UP! The album is scheduled to be released on September 21, 2010 and can be pre-ordered at http://www.johnlegend.com/wakeuppreorder

The Roots (http://rap.about.com/od/artistsmz/p/TheRoots.htm) and John Legend (http://randb.about.com/od/gm/p/Legend.htm) will team up to inject new life into a batch of soulful hits on their upcoming collaborative effort, Wake Up! The album is slated for release this September.
Wake Up! is light on guest appearances, but Canadian singer Melanie Fiona and Chicago wordsmith Common (http://rap.about.com/od/artists/p/Common.htm) and Melanie Fiona make cameos on the album. Wake Up! takes on such classics as Marvin Gaye's "Wholy Holy" and Donny Hathaway's "Little Ghetto Boy."

Saw this on Wikipedia yesterday, should be good ,Roots are dope and John Legend has an excellent voice
