Title says all:

I say Nas, he's my favourite rapper of all time. He has been the most consistent this decade and has not put a bad album out yet since Nastradamus. His shit has meaning and his topic versatality puts him above his competion imo.

How can people say Canibus?

No disrespect, i respect your opinion. But, i mean, i can't relate to his shit and i'm sure most people can't. He got some of the illest lines and some of the most creative punchlines to ever grace the mic, but the shit he says, you can't relate to him. He doesn't got a story to tell, like most good rappers. He can be a contender but he needs more topic versatality and more different flows other than sounding like a angry rapper. Ghostface, Eminem, Rakim, Kool G Rap, Big Daddy Kane are all complete rappers, they got subjects, they were innovative, can switch flows and they all have stories to tell and keeps the audience engaged.

He was just the first that came to mind.
Was listening to 2000 B.C. & Rip the Jacker again yesterday and both are absolutely amazing.
Coincidentally I also noticed then that he doesn't have much story tracks.
The only thing close are the 3 vague stories in "Point Of No Return" (which is still a great concept) and maybe some non cohesive stories on "melatonin magik".

yall don't get it - this is not about who sounds the best to YOU personally -it's about who legends, pioneers, and Mic Gods, respect and fear to battle with -

who could you name who would go face to face with this man and win

u2f3Er_QpG4

who would be bold enough - and actually get some real punches in - yall might laugh, but there is only 2 that i can name that may be able to do some work and live afterwards - Joel O and LL - start the rock throwin -

I love Lauryn, but anyone who didn't say Tupac the greatest I just don't understand.
Eminem was another fav as a kid cuz his shit encouraged me...that if he could do w/ his mother on drugs like my mother, that I could do it too.
