I would always welcome another gangster flick from Scorsese but I just don't think he can do any better than Goodfellas and Casino.

Casino and Goodfellas are both classics.

i think that Scorsese should do one last mob movie. i dont think The Departed is a mob movie because it was mostly about cops

i would like to see christopher walken and james gandofini in it, but i'm sure there have most of the soprano regulars that represented in the first goodfellas and casino movies in it anyway

@mcthuggin99
yeah i feel like when it comes to gangster movies, scorsese is at his best when he has to stick to a true story that dosen't leave him to deviate to some next stuff, if you get what i'm saying, like wit the departed

People will just compare it to his previous work and it will be deemed a fail immediately.

and this movie's gonna be called The Irishman. there's already a gangster flick coming out called the Irishman with Christopher Walken, Val Kilmer, and Ray Stevensen, Vinnie Jones, Paul Sorvino

This movie has been in the works forever, although Pacino joining the cast is news and good news at that

This sounds geat. The first name I thought of when you said who could they add to the line up was Christophe Walken.

How about adding Larry david to the cast, lol. (you have to watch Curb You Enthusiasm if you don't know why I said this).

How about adding all the people who was sitting at the table in Ghost Dog in that funny table scene.

co-sign i also really wanna see frank vincent and imperioli in it, i kno they were both in goodfellas n vincent was in casino but frank vincent needs a roll of a don like he had in sopranos, hes just so G in appearance, also chazz palmintieri should be in it, this is gonna be awesome, my fav actor de nrio with my fav director and my 2nd fav actor pacino in a movie together its gonna be insane.

I would like to see Al Pacino, Deniro, Joe Pesci in a gangsta flick done by Scorsese. He's good at directing gangsta movies. How old is Scorsese? Isn't he like 70 or 80 something years old? LOL. How is he able to continue directing movies? LOL. People slept on Pacino and Deniro's Righteous Kill movie. I like that movie.

2 more slept on Al Pacino movies are Sea Of Love with Ellen Barkin and John Goodman and 88 Minutes. The guy who directed 88 Minutes also did Righteous Kill. I think his name is Jon Avnet.

88 Minutes was boring.

I liked it. I liked guessing who the killer was because i couldn't figure out who it was. Sea Of Love had me guessing who the killer was too because at first i thought it might've been Ellen Barkin.
