with all the mentall programing we have endured since birth

some aspects of the sub-consious may be helpfull

others may be harnfull

so we have to control the negative

and build on the positive

peace

there is both good and evil in every man, just at different degrees

It's hard though, cause you keep worrying that you do certain things cause you think you "have to" rather than out of the goodness of your heart
