3/4 time is associated as a Waltz although generally a waltz the emphasis is on the first note, it's become more of a general term for anything in 3/4 time because its so rare.

hey, I couldn't find anything, is that the first Waltz RZA's ever done? I think it may be, he usually doesn't mess with time sig. too much.
