how do i raise my rep power?

I think when you get given rep by other Veterans.

And I think that Rep Power decreases as you give rep to people.

So people give other people rep power?

rep power increases by post count, years of membership, and rep points.

the following increases your rep power by 1 (if you are vet or vat): 1 more year membership, 1000 posts, 100 rep points.

not true. i never knew how that worked before. just figured it was on amount of rep.

my rep points are 4377
years member 5
posts 11,000

so my rep power should be 59 but it is only 43

tomb may have taken out the default years and posts

Do I have to have a certain amount of posts to give rep to people? I've been wanting to rep a few heads lately but I don't even have the option to do so.
